Your website belongs to you. Always.
Your hosting account, domain, WordPress administrator account, content, images, analytics, SEO tools, and connected accounts belong to you.
We do not believe in vendor lock. You should never have to rebuild your website simply because you decide to work with someone else. If our partnership ends, you keep your website and every customer-owned account connected to it.
1. Who this service is for
Website Maintenance is available exclusively to active Ready, Plan, Grow! service subscribers. It is not offered as a standalone service.
Website Maintenance must remain bundled with an eligible Ready, Plan, Grow! service package. If your qualifying subscription is canceled, expires, or becomes past due, Website Maintenance will end at the conclusion of the applicable paid billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We keep this service limited to active subscribers because we are already familiar with their business, website, technology, and ongoing priorities. That context allows us to provide better support and make more informed decisions.
2. Your ownership and access
You retain ownership and access to your website and related digital assets, including:
- Your WordPress website
- Your website content, images, files, and media
- Your domain registration
- Your website hosting account
- Your WordPress administrator account
- Your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager accounts
- Your SEO tools and marketing pixels
- Your connected third-party business accounts
Ready, Plan, Grow! does not host websites on behalf of clients. You maintain your own hosting account and access to your own WordPress administrator account. Our website setup fee includes guidance through the setup and access process.

- Keep your hosting and domain accounts active and paid
- Maintain accurate account and administrator credentials
- Keep required premium plugin or theme licenses active unless we agree otherwise
- Provide the access reasonably required to perform maintenance
- Notify us when something unusual occurs

9. Changes made by you or someone else
You own your website, so you may make changes yourself or work with another provider. However, Ready, Plan, Grow! is not responsible for problems caused by work or changes completed outside our control, including:
- Customer-installed plugins or themes
- Third-party developers or agencies
- Custom code
- Hosting-provider changes
- PHP changes initiated by a hosting provider

- Routine questions
- Within two business days
- Routine content updates
- Typically completed within five business days
- Critical website outage
- Initial response within one business day
A response time is the time required to acknowledge and begin evaluating a request. It is not a guaranteed resolution time. Some issues depend on hosting providers, software companies, domain registrars, or other third parties outside our control.
11. Billing, suspension, and the end of service
Website Maintenance may be paused or ended when:
- Your qualifying Ready, Plan, Grow! service subscription ends
- Your account becomes past due
- Required access is removed or unavailable
- Required software licenses expire
- The website environment prevents maintenance from being performed safely
- Continuing the service would create an unreasonable technical or security risk
Ending Website Maintenance does not change your ownership. You continue to own and control your website, domain, hosting account, administrator credentials, content, and customer-owned digital accounts.
12. Third-party services
WordPress websites depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, themes, APIs, analytics platforms, security services, and domain registrars. We do not control these providers and cannot guarantee their availability, security, compatibility, pricing, or continued operation.
Ready, Plan, Grow! is not responsible for service interruptions, data issues, tracking interruptions, software conflicts, or other problems caused by a third-party provider.
13. No guarantees
We will perform the included services with reasonable care and in accordance with generally accepted WordPress maintenance practices. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, complete prevention of security incidents, specific performance scores, search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or business results.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready, Plan, Grow! is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, data loss, security incidents, hosting failures, plugin conflicts, third-party services, search-ranking changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to Website Maintenance will not exceed the amount you paid Ready, Plan, Grow! for Website Maintenance during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Changes to this policy
Technology, security practices, WordPress, and our services change. We may update this policy when needed. The most current version and its last-updated date will be posted on our website.
When a change materially affects active subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Website Maintenance after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
16. Governing law and good-faith resolution
This policy and the Website Maintenance service are governed by the laws applicable to Shine Enterprises LLC in the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a disagreement occurs, both parties agree to first try to resolve it through a good-faith conversation before pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
17. Questions?
If something here is unclear, please ask. We would much rather answer a question before work begins than leave room for assumptions later.
Good partnerships are built on clear expectations, honest conversations, and mutual trust. That is exactly how we intend to do business.
Legal notice
This Website Maintenance Policy forms part of the service agreement between Shine Enterprises LLC dba Ready, Plan, Grow! and each eligible subscriber who purchases or receives Website Maintenance as part of a qualifying service package.
By enrolling in, paying for, or continuing to use Website Maintenance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. If this policy conflicts with a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement controls only to the extent of that conflict.
