Privacy Policy

We don't sell your data. We don't trade it. We don't hand it to third parties so they can spam you. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone who visits readyplangrow.com, uses our free tools, or holds a paid membership with Ready, Plan, Grow!

2. What we collect
We only collect what we actually need to run the service.
Information you give us directly
- + Name and email address when you sign up or contact us
- + Payment information when you purchase a membership (processed securely by Stripe, we never see or store your card number)
- + Business information you share while using our tools or working with us
- + Messages you send us by email or through the site
Information collected automatically
- + Basic analytics: pages visited, time on site, referral source (via Google Analytics or similar)
- + Device and browser type
- + IP address (used for security and fraud prevention, not for advertising profiles)
- + Cookies for session management and site functionality (see Section 6)
3. How we use your information
- +To create and manage your account and membership
- +To process payments and send billing confirmations
- +To send you updates about your membership, new features, or changes to our terms (you can't opt out of transactional emails, but you can opt out of marketing emails at any time)
- +To improve the site and tools based on how people use them
- +To respond to your questions and support requests
- +To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. What we don't do with your data
This is the part that matters most to us.
- xWe do not sell your personal information. Ever.
- xWe do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- xWe do not build advertising profiles on you.
- xWe do not share your business information with other members or third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the business. They only get the data they need to do their job.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of RPG, our members, or the public.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for two things: keeping you logged in and understanding how people use the site. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites or serve you ads.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site (like staying logged in) won't work without them.
7. How long we keep your data
- +Account data: kept while your account is active and for up to 2 years after cancellation for legal and billing records.
- +Payment records: kept for 7 years as required by tax law.
- +Analytics data: anonymized and aggregated, kept indefinitely for product improvement.
- +If you ask us to delete your account and data, we'll do it within 30 days (except where we're legally required to keep records).
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- +Access the personal data we hold about you
- +Correct inaccurate data
- +Request deletion of your data
- +Opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- +Request a copy of your data in a portable format

9. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your data. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store card numbers.
No system is 100% secure. If there's ever a breach that affects your data, we'll notify you promptly and tell you exactly what happened.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your data, we'll notify members by email before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
Continuing to use RPG after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
