What is included in the Open Community?

The Open Community includes small business office hours where owners can ask questions about business numbers, marketing, operations, AI, Google Business Profile, and other day-to-day business decisions. There is no cost to join.

What do I get with the $50 monthly membership?

You get everything in the Open Community plus support with strategy and pricing, operations, projections and budgeting, marketing best practices, building your Business Backpack (knowledge base), AI use, practical frameworks and models, and guided working sessions. Membership on its own doesn’t include website hosting. If we build your website, hosting is $15 a month on top, so $65 a month in total.

Who is the $50 membership for?

It’s for small business owners who are already running a business and know they need help making better decisions, putting stronger systems in place, and managing the different roles they handle as owners.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. There’s no long-term contract and no exit fee. Collected fees are non-refundable regardless of usage.

What does the website build offer include?

It’s a $450 setup fee, then $65 a month. That $65 is your $50 membership plus $15 hosting. You get everything in the membership plus guided Business Backpack (knowledge base) setup, website strategy, website messaging, an AI-enabled website build, hosting, and training to update the site yourself. Pricing covers an AI-enabled website build. Larger, custom websites may require additional fees. If your site needs more than the build covers, we tell you before you pay, not after.

Your Business Backpack (knowledge base) organizes your brand, ideal customer, offers, competition, testimonials, and other important business context so AI tools can work from accurate information about your company.

Do I own the website after the build?

Yes. You own your website, domain, and logins. We don’t use vendor lock. Keep your site with us at $65 a month, which is your $50 membership plus $15 hosting, or take the website with you and host it elsewhere.
