Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ready, Plan, Grow! is the public-facing business name of Shine Enterprises LLC, doing business as Ready, Plan, Grow! (“Ready, Plan, Grow!”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate at readyplangrow.com.

Ready, Plan, Grow! was founded by Ryan Cunningham and Marcela Shine. We help small business owners understand and run the different parts of their business using practical frameworks, human guidance, AI-assisted tools, and done-for-you services when they need more support.

2. What we offer

Current pricing is maintained on our pricing page. Pricing shown there at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Website services provided through Readdy.ai

Ready, Plan, Grow! uses Readdy.ai, a third-party website platform, to build and host certain Client websites.

Ready, Plan, Grow! provides website setup, business and brand guidance, training, and ongoing member support. We do not own or operate the Readdy.ai platform, hosting infrastructure, servers, software, or technical support systems.

Use of a website built or hosted through this service is also subject to Readdy.ai’s then-current terms, policies, technical requirements, and platform rules.

Standard website scope

The standard website service is designed for a brochure-style small business website built using Readdy.ai.

The standard website includes:

• Home page
• Services pages, up to two
• About Us page
• Testimonials page, if testimonial content is available
• Contact Us page

The setup also includes:

• Brand guide
• Brand voice definition
• Product and service offering definitions
• Up to two Ideal Customer Profiles, or ICPs
• Competitive content gap analysis
• Website metadata developed for SEO, including page titles and meta descriptions as applicable
• Initial website structure and content based on the information developed during the setup process
• Website launch support

Website setup fees are non-refundable.

Membership and hosting

Website hosting through Ready, Plan, Grow!’s Readdy.ai arrangement is tied to the applicable website and membership offer described on our current pricing page.

While membership is active, Clients may use applicable office hours, educational resources, and Ready, Plan, Grow! frameworks to:

• Ask questions about the website
• Learn how to make website updates
• Improve website content
• Apply current SEO and content practices
• Use the brand and business information developed during setup across AI tools and other business activities
• Get guidance on future website decisions

Ongoing done-for-you website edits, redesigns, copywriting, custom development, integrations, ongoing SEO services, or other project work are not included unless expressly stated on the applicable service page or agreed in writing.

Ecommerce and expanded website requirements

The standard website service is intended for brochure-style business websites and does not include ecommerce functionality.

If you need ecommerce, online product sales, payment processing, product catalogs, customer accounts, subscriptions, booking systems, or other more complex website functionality, contact Ready, Plan, Grow! before purchasing the website service.

Ecommerce and expanded website requirements are reviewed case by case so we can determine whether and how the project can be supported through Readdy.ai or another appropriate arrangement.

Additional scope and fees may apply.

Readdy.ai availability and support

Readdy.ai is a third-party platform. Ready, Plan, Grow! does not control Readdy.ai’s infrastructure, hosting systems, servers, software, maintenance, feature availability, support services, or service levels.

Ready, Plan, Grow! does not guarantee Readdy.ai uptime, uninterrupted website availability, platform performance, speed, data storage, feature availability, maintenance schedules, or Readdy.ai technical support response times.

Readdy.ai may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restrict features or services.

Ready, Plan, Grow! is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, platform changes, data loss, functionality changes, or other issues caused by Readdy.ai or another third-party provider.

We will provide reasonable assistance when a Client experiences a Readdy.ai platform issue, but we cannot guarantee when or whether an issue controlled by Readdy.ai will be resolved.

Cancel anytime and take your website with you

Clients may cancel the website arrangement in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to their service.

When website hosting through Ready, Plan, Grow!’s Readdy.ai arrangement ends, the Client may take the website with them and transfer it to their own eligible Readdy.ai account where Readdy.ai supports project transfer.

The receiving account may be required to maintain its own paid Readdy.ai subscription.

After transfer, the Client is responsible for all Readdy.ai subscription, hosting, domain, migration, and other third-party fees.

Ready, Plan, Grow! will provide reasonable assistance with the transfer process. We cannot guarantee that every feature, integration, setting, or third-party service will transfer without modification.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client must complete the transfer within 30 days after the applicable Ready, Plan, Grow! hosting service ends.

Domains and third-party services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and renewing its own domain name and any third-party services connected to the website.

Ready, Plan, Grow! may assist with connecting these services, but we do not own or control them.

The Client remains responsible for third-party fees, renewals, terms, passwords, and account access.

Changes to Readdy.ai services or costs

Readdy.ai may change its pricing, platform terms, services, features, or technical requirements.

If those changes materially affect Ready, Plan, Grow!’s cost or ability to provide website hosting or management, we may modify the website arrangement, supported platform, or related pricing.

Current Ready, Plan, Grow! pricing will be maintained on our pricing page. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes when practicable.

If our relationship with Readdy.ai changes

If Ready, Plan, Grow!’s relationship with Readdy.ai ends, or Readdy.ai no longer permits Ready, Plan, Grow! to host or manage Client websites under our account, we may require the Client to move the website to the Client’s own Readdy.ai account or another available hosting arrangement.

We will provide reasonable notice and transfer assistance when practicable.

Commercial relationship disclosure

Ready, Plan, Grow! has a commercial relationship with Readdy.ai and may receive affiliate compensation or other benefits related to Readdy.ai services.

4. Use of artificial intelligence in our services

Ready, Plan, Grow! uses artificial intelligence and other software tools as part of our normal workflow to research, draft, analyze, organize, design, and produce work for Clients.

Depending on the service, AI-assisted tools may support:

• Website copy and page content
• Blog posts and articles
• Social media content
• SEO research and metadata
• Competitive and market research
• Content planning
• Business and brand analysis
• Images and visual assets
• Website creation and editing
• Data analysis
• Other business-support work

AI helps us provide services more efficiently. It does not eliminate human review, business judgment, or Client responsibility for final approval.

Accuracy and fact checking

Ready, Plan, Grow! makes reasonable efforts to review and verify material facts, statistics, numbers, quotations, references, and other factual claims included in Client content.

AI systems, search engines, third-party data sources, and other research tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information.

We do not guarantee that every fact, number, statistic, citation, claim, or other piece of information generated or researched through these systems will be error-free.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before relying on or publishing it, particularly information related to:

• Pricing
• Financial information
• Product specifications
• Business claims
• Industry statistics
• Legal or regulatory statements
• Medical or health-related statements
• Customer claims or testimonials
• Dates, locations, and event information
• Information that could create a contractual, regulatory, reputational, or financial obligation

Once a Client approves content for publication, the Client assumes responsibility for the accuracy and use of that content.

Publishing on behalf of Clients

Some Ready, Plan, Grow! services may include publishing content directly to a Client’s website, social platform, or other digital property.

Where a service includes publishing on the Client’s behalf, the Client authorizes Ready, Plan, Grow! to access and publish to the applicable property for the limited purpose of providing the agreed service.

Unless a separate approval process is agreed in writing, Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and notifying Ready, Plan, Grow! promptly when pricing, services, offers, staff, locations, policies, claims, or other material business information changes.

Ready, Plan, Grow! is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by outdated, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the Client.

AI-generated and AI-assisted images

Ready, Plan, Grow! may use commercially available AI image-generation and image-editing systems to create visual assets for websites, content, social media, and other Client materials.

We may use AI-generated imagery to reduce reliance on paid stock photography and to create visuals that more closely fit the Client’s brand and content needs.

AI-generated images may contain imperfections, unexpected details, similarities to existing visual styles, or other limitations inherent in generative technology.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated images before publication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ready, Plan, Grow! does not guarantee that an AI-generated image can be exclusively owned, copyrighted, trademarked, or prevented from being generated in a similar form by another person or system.

If a Client requires licensed stock photography, original photography, commissioned illustration, or another specific form of visual asset, those services and costs may be quoted separately.

AI intellectual property considerations

Ready, Plan, Grow! uses third-party AI and software platforms whose terms, intellectual property rules, data practices, and functionality may change over time.

Client ownership of final deliverables remains subject to any rights that apply to third-party materials, licensed assets, AI platforms, software, fonts, images, templates, or other components used to create the work.

Ready, Plan, Grow! does not guarantee that AI-generated material is eligible for copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property protection.

Clients should seek qualified legal advice before relying on AI-generated material as a protectable trademark, copyrighted work, patentable invention, or other exclusive intellectual property asset.

Third-party AI platforms, data security, and confidentiality

Ready, Plan, Grow! may use third-party artificial intelligence, research, design, automation, and software platforms to provide services.

These platforms are operated by independent third parties and maintain their own privacy, security, data retention, processing, and confidentiality practices.

Ready, Plan, Grow! uses commercially available business tools, reasonable access controls, and reasonable care when handling Client information. We limit information shared with third-party systems to what we reasonably believe is necessary to provide the applicable service.

No online platform, cloud service, or artificial intelligence system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Ready, Plan, Grow! does not control and cannot guarantee the security, availability, confidentiality, data retention practices, cybersecurity protections, or privacy practices of third-party platforms.

To the extent permitted by law, Ready, Plan, Grow! is not responsible for unauthorized disclosure, security breaches, data loss, service compromise, or other security incidents caused by a third-party platform when Ready, Plan, Grow! has used that platform in accordance with its normal terms and reasonable business practices.

Clients should not provide Ready, Plan, Grow! with information that is not reasonably necessary for the agreed service, including:

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers
• Full payment card or banking credentials
• Protected health information
• Highly sensitive employee or customer information
• Confidential information subject to special regulatory requirements
• Trade secrets or other information requiring contractual security controls that have not been agreed with Ready, Plan, Grow! in advance

If a project requires particularly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information, the Client must notify Ready, Plan, Grow! before providing that information so the parties can determine whether additional safeguards, alternative tools, or a separate agreement are required.

Ready, Plan, Grow! may decline to enter sensitive information into an AI or third-party platform when we believe doing so would create an unnecessary privacy or security risk.

Human judgment remains required

AI-generated recommendations, analyses, content, and outputs should not be treated as professional legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

Ready, Plan, Grow! may use AI to assist with business questions and analysis, but AI output is one input into the work. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or the Client’s own judgment.

Changes in AI tools

The AI systems and software used by Ready, Plan, Grow! may change as technology, pricing, availability, quality, and platform terms change.

Ready, Plan, Grow! may select or replace tools used to provide services without prior Client approval, provided the overall nature of the agreed service remains substantially consistent.

5. You own what we build for your business

We have no interest in vendor lock-in.

Business information and original deliverables created specifically for your business are yours, subject to applicable third-party rights described in these Terms.

This may include, as applicable:

• Your Business Backpack or knowledge base
• Your brand guide
• Your brand voice definition
• Your product and service offering definitions
• Your Ideal Customer Profiles
• Your competitive content gap findings
• Website metadata created specifically for your business
• Original strategy documents and Client-specific deliverables
• Approved content created specifically for your business

You may take these materials, use them, modify them, and continue using them after your Ready, Plan, Grow! relationship ends.

Ready, Plan, Grow! retains ownership of our underlying frameworks, methods, prompts, templates, systems, processes, training materials, educational content, and other proprietary intellectual property.

You may use Ready, Plan, Grow! materials as permitted for your own business. You may not resell, repackage, license, reproduce for commercial distribution, or present Ready, Plan, Grow! proprietary frameworks, templates, training materials, or other intellectual property as your own.

Third-party platforms, software, licensed assets, fonts, templates, AI systems, images, or other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

6. Billing, cancellation, and pricing

• Current pricing for membership and services is available at readyplangrow.com/pricing.
• Recurring services are billed according to the billing schedule presented at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
• To cancel a membership or recurring service, email hello@readyplangrow.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership” or otherwise clearly identify the service you want canceled.
• Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods, unused membership time, missed office hours, unused resources, or a Client’s decision not to use services that were available during the paid period.
• Setup fees, project fees, recurring fees, and other amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Ready, Plan, Grow! in writing.
• If a payment fails, we may notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to update your payment method before access or services are suspended.
• We may change pricing. Current pricing will be maintained on our pricing page, and we will provide reasonable notice before a material recurring price change applies to an existing Client when required or practicable.

7. Service availability, non-use, and refunds

Ready, Plan, Grow! services are provided on an as-available basis.

Membership, office hours, educational resources, website hosting, community access, AI tools, third-party platforms, and other services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, changed, or interrupted due to maintenance, technology issues, third-party services, scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, specific response times, or 100% uptime for Ready, Plan, Grow! services or any third-party platform used to provide them, including Readdy.ai.

Membership and recurring fees pay for access to the services and resources available during the applicable billing period. Fees are not based on how frequently a Client chooses to use those services.

Failure to attend office hours, access membership resources, use a hosted website, participate in the community, respond to Ready, Plan, Grow!, or otherwise use available services does not entitle the Client to a refund, credit, extension, or prorated adjustment.

Temporary outages, maintenance periods, scheduling changes, third-party platform interruptions, or temporary service limitations do not automatically entitle a Client to a refund or credit.

Ready, Plan, Grow! may change schedules, tools, resources, instructors, platform features, or methods of delivering a service as the business and technology change, provided the overall nature of the applicable service remains substantially consistent.

8. What we expect from you

Pretty simple:

• Use Ready, Plan, Grow! tools and resources for your own business and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not resell, repackage, distribute, or represent our proprietary frameworks, templates, training content, or other intellectual property as your own.
• Do not share account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Do not use our services, websites, tools, or connected platforms for spam, scraping, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, security abuse, or prohibited content.
• Provide accurate and current business information when we are creating content, websites, analysis, or other Client work.
• Review information and deliverables that materially affect your business before relying on or publishing them.
• Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, photographs, trademarks, logos, fonts, testimonials, data, or other materials you provide to us.
• Tell us when important business information changes so we are not working from outdated context.

9. What we commit to

• Clear communication. If a material service change affects you, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it clearly.
• No intentional vendor lock-in. Client-specific business information and deliverables remain available to you subject to the third-party rights described in these Terms.
• Clear pricing. Current pricing is maintained on our pricing page, and we will not intentionally add undisclosed charges.
• Affiliate transparency. If we have a commercial or affiliate relationship that is relevant to a recommendation or service, we will disclose it where appropriate.
• Reasonable care. We use reasonable business practices when producing work, handling Client information, selecting tools, and providing services.

10. Disclaimers

Ready, Plan, Grow! provides business education, strategy, operational, marketing, content, and related services.

We are not acting as your attorney, accountant, tax advisor, licensed financial advisor, medical professional, or other regulated professional unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and appropriately licensed.

Nothing on this site, in our membership, in office hours, in AI-generated output, or in our business services should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, or regulated professional advice.

Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, customers, competitors, execution, timing, financial position, and decisions.

We do not guarantee revenue, sales, rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, profits, search placement, AI search visibility, business growth, or any other specific result.

SEO and content practices can improve the structure and discoverability of a website or content, but Ready, Plan, Grow! does not guarantee search engine rankings, placement in AI-generated answers, indexing, traffic, or other third-party search results.

Technology, AI platforms, search engines, software, and business practices change frequently. Information that was accurate when created may later become outdated.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ready, Plan, Grow!’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid Ready, Plan, Grow! during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, Ready, Plan, Grow! is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or losses resulting from third-party platform outages, security incidents, data loss, AI-generated inaccuracies, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, technology, third-party platforms, or legal requirements change.

If we make a material change affecting active members or Clients, we will make reasonable efforts to notify them before the change takes effect.

The “last updated” date displayed on the Terms page should reflect the most recent version.

Continuing to use Ready, Plan, Grow! services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel the applicable service before the change takes effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes directly before pursuing formal legal remedies.
