1. Who we are

Ready, Plan, Grow! ("RPG", "we", "us") is a business education and services company founded by Ryan Cunningham and Marcela Shine. We operate at readyplangrow.com.

We help small business owners organize their business, build their brand, and get more customers using AI-powered frameworks, coaching, and done-for-you content services.

We offer three tiers of access:

3. You own what we build together

This is a big one. We have zero interest in vendor lock-in.

Any knowledge base, framework, content, strategy document, or deliverable that we build with you or for you is yours. Full stop. You can take it, use it, modify it, and run it without us. We don't hold your work hostage behind a subscription.

If you cancel your membership, you keep everything we built together. We keep nothing from you.

The one exception: RPG's own frameworks, templates, and training materials remain RPG's intellectual property. You get a license to use them while you're a member. You can't resell them, repackage them as your own product, or distribute them commercially.

4. Billing and cancellation

• +Memberships are billed monthly on the date you signed up.
• +To cancel your membership, email hello@readyplangrow.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership" and include the email address on your account. We'll process it within 24 hours. No phone calls, no forms, no hoops.
• +Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
• +We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.
• +If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you a reasonable window to update your payment method before access is paused.
• +We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If we raise prices, you'll hear from us directly before it hits your card.

5. What we expect from you

Pretty simple:

• +Use RPG tools and resources for your own business. Don't resell our frameworks, templates, or training content as your own product.
• +Don't share your login credentials with others. Each membership is for one business.
• +Don't use our platform to spam, scrape, or do anything that would make a reasonable person uncomfortable.
• +Be honest with us. The more accurate context you give us, the better we can help you.

6. What we promise you

• +Full transparency. If something changes, we'll tell you directly. No buried footnotes.
• +No vendor lock-in. You own your work. Period.
• +No surprise charges. Pricing is clear. We'll always tell you before we charge you anything new.
• +Honest advice. We won't recommend tools or services just because we get a commission. We'll tell you when we do have an affiliate relationship.
• +Easy cancellation. Email hello@readyplangrow.com with the subject "Cancel Membership" and we'll handle it within 24 hours. No guilt trips, no runaround.

7. Disclaimers

We're business educators and strategists, not lawyers, accountants, or licensed financial advisors. Nothing on this site or in any RPG program is legal, tax, or financial advice. Please work with qualified professionals for those decisions.

We share frameworks, strategies, and tools that have worked for us and our clients. We can't guarantee specific results. Business outcomes depend on a lot of factors outside our control, including your market, your execution, and your timing.

We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date. The business and AI landscape moves fast. If you spot something that's out of date, tell us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RPG's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We know that sounds like boilerplate, but it's standard and it's fair.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll notify members by email before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.

Continuing to use RPG after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the effective date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first. If that doesn't work, we'll follow applicable law.
